What is Roll a Lucky Egg?

Roll a Lucky Egg is a Roblox simulation/tycoon game from Freshman-Group. The developer sums it up: "Roll your lucky egg and see how far it goes! Test your luck and discover rare, legendary, and DIVINE pets! Earn money and unlock powerful upgrades! Become stronger and roll your eggs even further!" It's a luck-and-progression loop. You roll an egg down a lane, hatch a pet, put it to work earning money, get stronger, and roll again further than before.

The game was created on October 15, 2026 (PKT) and it's rising fast. By October 25 it had 559,076 visits, 54,047 favourites and about 3,800 to 5,600 people playing at once, with a 96% like rate (2,015 likes, 94 dislikes). That's unusually high for a new simulator. Servers are small, just 5 players, so everyone has room for their own plot. The current version is UPDATE 1 🎃, released on October 23 with a Halloween theme.

This wiki only states things we can back up. Prices, dates and descriptions come straight from Roblox's public store data, and each fact is cited. We don't guess hatch odds, codes or stats. Anything we haven't confirmed in-game is marked to be verified.

Roll a Lucky Egg codes

There are no codes yet. As of October 25, 2026, Freshman-Group hasn't released any, and the official description doesn't mention a code menu. Pages listing "Roll a Lucky Egg codes" right now are making them up or copying codes from other egg games such as Steal an Egg, which don't work here. We check the official sources daily and will post the first real code on the Roll a Lucky Egg codes page as soon as it's out. That page also lists the free ways to progress in the meantime.

How to play

1. Roll your egg. Line up and roll your lucky egg. How far it travels decides what you get. The official thumbnails show an E – ROLL prompt and lanes with targets and a "1%" marker. See controls.
2. Hatch a pet. Eggs hatch into pets of different rarities, from rare up to DIVINE. See eggs and pets.
3. Earn money. Pets placed on your plot generate income. Cash products are sold as "minutes of income from your active Pets", and income keeps coming while you're offline. See money & income.
4. Train Strength. Work out with dumbbells and barbells from the Weight Shop. More Strength means longer rolls. See Strength & weights.
5. Rebirth. Once you reach the Strength requirement, rebirth for +0.5x Money Multiplier, then do it all again faster. See rebirths.

Rolling & perfect rolls

Rolling is the main action. The store descriptions mention perfect rolls again and again. Every paid roll animation triggers "on perfect rolls", so there's a timing or accuracy element where a well-timed roll counts as perfect. The thumbnails also show a target and a 1% zone at the far end of the lane, which suggests the furthest rolls are the rarest to be verified. If you'd rather not roll by hand, the Auto Roll game pass (199 Robux) does it for you.

Eggs & hatching

The description promises you can "collect the rarest eggs". Right now the shop sells a [Limited] Halloween Egg: "Get a Halloween Egg and hatch it to discover the Pet inside. Expand your collection and embrace the dark side!" You can buy it in packs of 1 (99 Robux), 3 (249), 10 (799) and 50 (3,150). The other eggs on the lane and their pet pools are to be verified. Pets, rarities & mutations

The description names three rarities: rare, legendary and DIVINE. The full rarity list is to be verified. Pets can also roll a mutation. The 2X MUTATION pass describes it as "Gold to Rainbow pets x2", so Gold and Rainbow are both confirmed mutations, and Rainbow is the top one. The store also calls pets animals and, in the exclusive pet text, Moggers. A Rescue Pet product ("Rescue your caught Pets!", 39 Robux) shows that pets can get caught, though how that happens is to be verified. See pets & rarities and mutations.

Luck

Two passes improve your luck. 2X LUCK means "Luckier Eggs X2. Rare pets twice as often", and 2X MUTATION doubles mutation luck. Both cost 249 Robux, and both come with VIP. A Lucky Dumbbell and a Lucky Crown Barbell exist in the Weight Shop, but whether they affect luck is to be verified. Base odds haven't been published. See the luck guide.

Money & plot income

Pets earn money on your plot. You can multiply that income with 2X MONEY ("From all animals") and with rebirths (+0.5x each). Robux Cash packs pay out your current income instantly: 5 minutes (9), 30 minutes (49), 2 hours (179), 6 hours (499) or 1 day (1,699). There's also x2 Offline Income (29 Robux, single use), which confirms the game pays you while you're away. See money & income.

Strength & weights

"Become stronger and roll your eggs even further!" You build Strength by training with weights, which you equip in the Weight Shop. The store sells 14 permanent weights: six dumbbells (Stone 9, Steel 19, Pro 39, Golden 69, Crystal 99, Lucky 149 Robux) and eight barbells (Olympic 249 up to Lucky Crown 1,699). Free weights and Strength per rep are to be verified. Instant Strength packs range from +5k (49) to +5M (899), and 2X STRENGTH doubles all training. See Strength & weights.

Rebirths

The Rebirth Skip products confirm how rebirths work. Each one moves you up a level (Rebirth 0 → 1, 1 → 2, and so on) once you reach a Strength requirement. You keep your Strength and gain +0.5x Money Multiplier. Skips are sold up to Rebirth 10 (79 to 839 Robux), so there are at least 10 rebirths. See rebirths.

Exclusive pets

There are three Exclusive pets that adapt to your collection. Each earns a percentage of your best owned fixed-income pet: Lantern King earns 150% (799 Robux), Broodmother 250% (1,099), and Umbra Sovereign 350% (1,799). Each can be unlocked once per player. They first came out as game passes, which are now off sale, and are sold as products now. See exclusive pets.

Roll animations

Six cosmetic animations play on perfect rolls: Meteor Dunk (299), Cyclone Spin (499), Thunder Strike (899), Supernova (1,099), Time Warp (1,499) and Dragon Summon (1,999), where "a giant dragon... launch[es] your egg in a fiery throw". Tips

• Practise your timing. Perfect rolls are what the whole game is built around.
• Put your best pets on your plot first. Exclusives scale with your best fixed-income pet.
• Rebirth as soon as you can. Every rebirth adds +0.5x money permanently and you keep your Strength.
• If you're only going to buy one pass, VIP (899) is cheaper than buying all five passes separately (1,295).
